Virtual Birth Support

The virtual support package is for mommas who want guidance for their pregnancy and the benefits of a doula without physically hiring one. The package includes:

⚪️ Two virtual prenatal visits (60-90 minutes long) where we go over your birth desires, fears, education, and coping techniques.

⚪️ Unlimited access to me throughout your pregnancy & postpartum to ask me any questions or voice concerns. Feel free to call, text, or email me anytime.

⚪️ Virtual labor and birth support when you are ready, call me and I will help guide you & your partner when needed through your labor & postpartum.

⚪️ One virtual postpartum visit to check on you and see how you’re doing. During this visit, we can debrief your birth if you desire and I will help you with breastfeeding and newborn care if desired.

Haven Birth Support Package

The Haven package gives mommas all the support they need to walk into birth feeling confident. The package includes:

⚪️ Two prenatal visits (60-90 minutes long) where we go over your birth desires, fears, education, and coping techniques.

⚪️ Unlimited access to me throughout your pregnancy & postpartum to ask me any questions or voice concerns. Feel free to call, text, or email me anytime.

⚪️ Labor and birth support when you are ready for me to come. I am here to support you and your partner throughout labor. I will be on call for your labor starting at 38 weeks.

⚪️ Support through the immediate postpartum period. I will stay after your baby arrives for at least 2-3 hours. I will help clean up and ensure you are taken care of.

⚪️ One postpartum visit to check on you and see how you’re doing. During this visit, we can debrief your birth if you desire and I will help you with breastfeeding and newborn care if desired.

Postpartum Support

$720

The postpartum support package is perfect for mommas whose partners are going back to work and still need some support. The package includes:

⚪️ One prenatal visit (60-90 minutes long) where we go over your goals and desires for postpartum.

⚪️ Unlimited access to me throughout your pregnancy & postpartum to ask me any questions or voice concerns. Feel free to call, text, or email me anytime.

⚪️ 4 sessions lasting 4 hours long to take care of you and your baby. During these sessions, I can help you do laundry, dishes, shower, care for your baby, meal prep, or whatever else you might have in mind.

Postpartum is a vital period to rest so that you can focus on healing and caring for your baby. I am happy to serve you during your postpartum time. The postpartum package can be customized, please reach out with your desires so that I can provide you with a custom quote.
